Linda Post 

A successful career in business and marketing provides Linda Post a strong skill set in problem solving, negotiation, communication, and systems thinking. However, after many years in the business world, Linda heard God’s call to serve in full-time professional ministry. She obtained her Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary and was ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA).  

Linda then completed clinical pastoral education and residency in healthcare and trauma care. As a healthcare chaplain, Linda helped families and patients process trauma and serious issues within and outside the family system dynamics, as well as mediated situations among patients, families, hospital staff and practitioners on issues of life and death and decision making.

Along the way, Linda heard God’s call to serve the church as pastor, preacher, teacher, counselor and mediator, specifically in transitional ministry. There, her skills and knowledge, her empathy and compassion, active listening skills and creativity has brought about healing grace and peace to many churches in conflict. Linda realized the need for effective dispute resolution services for the church and the family and formed Gillon Post Mediation to answer that call.
