Gillon Post Mediation assists individuals and organizations in navigating the process of dispute resolution and conflict management. We are a faith-based mediation firm with a focus on mediation without compromising faith principles or integrity. We are trained to help you find a solution that meets your real interests and needs. At Gillon Post, we will help you restore, enhance and rebuild relationships, while resolving conflicts and restoring balance.

Meet Linda Post
For 20+ years, Reverend Linda Post has specialized in serving churches in medium to high conflict events, as well as on denominational committees and commissions responsible for church and ministerial conflicts. She has completed hundreds of hours of training and study in mediation and arbitration and conflict management, as well as training in clergy misconduct and church trauma response support and coaching leaders during high conflict times.
Qualifications include:

Master of Divinity, McCormick Theological Seminary

Certified Mediator: Facilitative, Transformative, Evaluative, Narrative

Certification in Transitional Ministry

Certification in Chaplaincy

Good standing in the North Alabama Presbytery, PCUSA

20+ Years of church/congregational conflict resolution experience
